Intelligent contract operations
Know what you have agreed - and act before the deadline.
The repository brings together the original agreement, commercial terms, ownership, important dates, amendments and lifecycle activity. Numra does more than store the document - it uses the contract terms to create reminders, coordinate renewal decisions, manage termination actions and keep the appropriate people involved.
A controlled workflow from start to finish.
Capture the agreement
Contracts can be forwarded into a dedicated inbox, uploaded directly or received from another approved source. The agent identifies supported contract documents, distinguishes them from other attachments, detects duplicates and associates the agreement with the appropriate counterparty.
Extract the commercial terms
Numra reads the agreement and creates a structured contract record covering counterparty, contract title and purpose, effective and expiry dates, contract value and currency, pricing model, auto-renewal terms, renewal length, termination-notice requirement and key obligations.
Validate the record
The extracted fields are presented beside the original agreement for review. The reviewer can see the proposed value, confidence in the extraction, the reasoning behind it, missing information and ambiguous or conflicting terms. The record can be corrected before it is approved and activated.
Maintain the repository
Approved agreements become structured, searchable contract records. Teams can search, sort and filter by counterparty, owner, value, dates, renewal deadline, auto-renewal status and contract status without repeatedly reopening the original documents.
Coordinate the renewal
Numra monitors the date by which a renewal, renegotiation or termination decision must be made. At the configured time, it notifies the contract owner, includes finance, legal or procurement, summarises the current commercial terms and can create a calendar meeting. It escalates if no action is taken.
Manage termination
Where an agreement is not being renewed, the workflow can initiate termination, prepare or send the appropriate notice, monitor the email conversation for acknowledgement, record the acknowledgement and escalate when no response is received.

Works with the systems your team already uses.
The Numra Platform connects the information, tools and systems involved in the contract repository & renewal management workflow - without requiring your team to replace its existing core software.
Model-agnostic by design
We choose the best AI model for each workflow based on performance, cost and data sensitivity - not the other way around.
Configured around your workflows
Every deployment is configured around the systems, data, rules and workflows your team already uses.
AI assistants where they work
ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are excellent for individual tasks. We use them where they are the right fit and build workflow software when the work needs more.
Workflow software where it matters
When work needs integrations, business rules, approvals and auditability, the Numra Platform configures production software around the workflow.
For this workflow, that typically includes: Gmail and Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar and Microsoft calendars, Document repositories, ERP and accounting platforms, Procurement systems, Vendor-management platforms, CRM systems, Legal and contract platforms, Workflow and task-management tools.
What changes when the workflow is in place.
Find the contract and its terms quickly
Search structured records and open the governing document without navigating through folders, downloads and document packages.
Avoid missed renewal deadlines
Calculate the date by which action is required and involve the relevant people before the agreement renews automatically.
Make renewal decisions with context
Bring the current value, pricing structure, notice requirements and original agreement directly into the review.
Reduce manual contract administration
Remove repeated document reading, spreadsheet entry, calendar setup and follow-up work.
Manage terminations properly
Track notices and acknowledgements instead of assuming that an email completed the offboarding process.
Create a consistent contract control
Apply the same validation, ownership, reminder and escalation rules across the contract portfolio.
Contracts stop being static files and become active records that tell the organisation when action is required. Each agreement enters a structured repository with its commercial terms, owner, important dates and original evidence. Renewal decisions are prompted before the contractual deadline. Termination notices remain visible until they are acknowledged or escalated. Finance, legal, procurement and contract owners get one place to understand the contract portfolio and manage the actions arising from it.
