Extract
Collect the relevant records and supporting information from the source. Sources can include business applications, ERP platforms, CRM systems, expense platforms, databases, spreadsheets, CSV exports and documents. The workflow can run on a schedule, respond to a system event or process an approved file when it is provided.
Understand
Numra identifies what each record represents and brings together the context required to process it - including related source records, notes, employee or customer information, product and supplier records, tags, receipts and existing records in the destination system.
Transform and enrich
The workflow applies your rules to create the required destination record. Depending on the process, it can map fields, match different names and references, apply GL accounts and tax treatments, assign projects and departments, convert currencies, split or consolidate records and add reference and master data.
Validate
Before the destination is updated, the completed record is checked against required fields, permitted values, reference-data matches, duplicate records, reconciliation of totals and entity requirements. Clean records progress automatically; exceptions can be corrected or routed for review.
Load
The workflow creates or updates the required record in the destination system - creating a new record, finding and updating an existing one, avoiding duplicates, attaching supporting documents and confirming that processing completed successfully.
Monitor
Every processed record retains its status, source information, applied rules, changes, exceptions and destination action. Teams can monitor completed records, failures, exceptions and items waiting for review from one place.
